When I was still a boy my mother told me about her dreams to go on a
sea voyage.She lived in a small town on the TILIGUL  River which 
flows into the  Black Sea .Sitting on the seashore I enjoyed watching the
ships going away to far away countries . I`m a groun up now and I
have  already started my travellings around the world keeping in mind
my mother`s dreams . TILIGUL is a private enterprise founded more than 15 years
ago . I`m a former sportsman . It has reasoned my firm`s activities .
We started with sporting uniform processing and by the end of
 the 80 - ies the Football Club "TILIGUL" was founded
